宏愿,拉平中国涂装行业与世界技术水平的差距

如此鲜明的对比,让骆飚领导下的老虎中国公司一直致力于让更高端的粉末涂料产品、更优异的涂装工艺在中国落地生根。骆飚表示,中国制造业正处在转型升级的新时期,这种升级需要产业链整体的升级作为支撑,涂装水平的提升就包含在内。他认为,德国工业 4.0 是很好的例子,大众、西门子等大型企业的周围都有很多可以称为隐形冠军的供应链配套商为其服务。「中国制造业面临的情况更复杂,处在 2.0、3.0、4.0 共存的状态,虽然现在谈 4.0 为时尚早,但是德国工业供应链体系的发展经验值得借鉴。」

 

感知到中国制造升级的未来,老虎公司正在积极布局。据骆飚透露,老虎中国公司将在未来 5 年内,打造一个达到工业 4.0 水平的粉末涂料制造单位。「我们想在中国做一个工业 4.0 的样板工厂,为客户展示工业 4.0 的魅力。在这个工厂中,客户只需要输入一个产品号,从配料到生产再到包装全部实现自动化。」

 

除了更好地服务客户,老虎中国公司也希望能够引领涂装行业向上升级。如今,老虎公司的中国工厂在生产环节已经基本全部配备全自动清洗机。据介绍,在粉末涂料生产中,换色耗时非常长,一般情况下小换色需要 2 个小时,中换色 8 个小时。采用全自动清洗机,可以做到一键 0.5 小时完成换色。「本着拉平中国涂装行业与世界技术水平的差距这一原则,我们正在向粉末涂料行业的同行推广这一技术。」骆飚表示,老虎中国公司希望能够通过不断推广理念、推广产品,让同行和客户感受到「通过生产优质的产品、减少残次品来提高效率,可以为企业带来更长远的利益。」

 

谈及中国涂料市场的现状,骆飚更呼吁骨干涂料企业合力拉动行业向上发展。「中国的涂料市场是分散的、无序的。欧洲和北美市场的粉末涂料用量为 150 万吨左右,中国市场的用量等于欧美地区的总和,但是欧美地区只有 150 家左右的粉末涂料制造商,而在中国有近 5000 家粉末涂料企业。」他直言,「产量一直是中国涂料行业排名的标准,但我认为产值和利润才是关键。没有利润,企业也就没有余力投入研发,进行创新」。

 

创新,助力家电行业转型升级

In 2018, Tiger China began to use metal powder to transform the dull, rough black traditional image of the color TV backplane. Luo Biao said that the competition in the color TV industry is very fierce, and has entered a competition of various details. More subversive design has become a new upgrade direction for high-end products. According to reports, Tiger China has already cooperated with domestic mainstream companies such as TCL, Hisense, and Skyworth to wear stylish and beautiful metal coats for high-end products.
